The Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing includes 15 units of competency - 9 of these are compulsory CORE units. The remaining 6 units are ELECTIVE units, carefully selected by NBIA to meet the requirements of ASQA and the licensing expectations for each state or territory in Australia.
