What is a conveyancer?

Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at NBIA

This qualification is specifically designed to prepare you for the technical and legal aspects of conveyancing including handling important legal documents, interpreting property law and managing client relationships. Do not let the technical aspects intimidate you, there are no prerequisites for this course, and no prior qualifications in property law are required. To enrol, applicants only need to demonstrate basic numeracy and literacy skills by completing a LLN (language, literacy and numeracy) test.

The advanced diploma consists of 15 comprehensive units covering both legal and business topics. These units are broken down into 9 core units and 6 elective units which may vary depending on the state in which you wish to practice. Below is a breakdown of the unit structure:
