Any one day of the week you might find Kerry working on our compliance, auditing processes, developing course materials, speaking with students and assessors, or thinking up our next continuous improvement and best practice measures.

Francis – Leader, Course Advisor

Meet Francis, our Course Advisor Leader. Francis has the course advice that any person looking to do a course with us, would want to know! Ask him anything - course related that is – and he will have the answers! Francis is a professional and friendly face that makes him a champion at his role. He strives to achieve the best in customer service and provide the most relevant information to assist potential students when deciding on their learning journey. Francis is the motivator and keeps the team on their toes!

Vic – Leader, Student Support

If you are a student of ours, you have e-met Vic! Vic is at the ready to support students with their questions, be it about the learning portal, resources, access to trainers/assessors, how to log in. Solutions focused, Vic is pro-active and helpful to every student that comes through the virtual door. As he says – “Our courses may be online, but our students are not alone!”

Eitheil – Student Support Crew

Eitheil provides high-level service to our students, as a key crew member in the Student Support team. Eitheil is ready to assist students with any queries or concerns that come her way throughout the day, whether it’s via email, phone call or chat. Who says you can’t do it all at once? Eitheil can!
